A Pontic Greek dance with a short sequence but arms that can be (amusingly) tricky to do even though they are simple to explain (whenever touching or stepping L foot flat infront, arms go down & they go up in the next movement).

Style: Pontic. Staccato. Flat footed except where specified otherwise. W-hold with upper arms vertically down & elbows almost fully flexed. Bounces on travelling steps are from the kness and small fast sharp down-up-down-up on each step like a rebound from putting weight on the floor.
