Mistakes are quite likely in the notes and no guarantees are made as to accuracy. There may be other versions of the same dance or other dances with the same name. Music may differ, particularly in speed, introduction and duration, between performers. The division into parts, bars & counts might not be standard. These notes of the dance are freely distributable (under GPL or CC-by-sa) in so much as the note's author's contribution but the choreography and/or collection were by other people and so their copyright might apply to the dance itself. A lively Romanian dance with a lot of bouncy travelling around the circle to invigoratingly jolly music.
It consists of 2 different types of travelling around fast in steps & hops ending with stamps (Part A & Part C) with a a rest in between almost on the spot with heel clicks & Cherkessias (Part B).
Style: Lively, jolly and smiling. Covering a lot of ground when travelling; the steps in Parts A & C are virtually leaps as in a run. Heel clicks preceded by raising the free foot out to the side to make the coming together more dramatic. Energetic in manner of lot of light motion (from using momentum) rather than exhausting effort.
Introduction

The travelling unit in this part does not take an integral number of bars (it takes 6 counts which is 1.5 bars) so it crosses the music as it repeats. Even though though it matches the bar boundaries every 2nd time it still crosses the music phrasing.
It also starts on a hop which feels an odd place to start. I find it easiest to treat that as a preparatory hop then treat this part as a series of Grapevine steps with the last 2 steps of each augmented with hops
(Part C later on is similar to A this part but adapted to fit the music.)
Part B
Summary:

The travelling unit in this part is basically Part A with the R side & L across behind steps repeated so that the sequence matches the music (8 counts taking up 2 bars) instead of crossing the music (6 counts taking up 1.5 bars) and starting at an easier place in the sequence. Hence, with Part A, it acts like a completion: initially awkwardly crossing the music but ending smoothly fitting it.
